HIGH....
So I find myself on a high rise.
A high rise where there’s always dry eyes.
Dry eyes because no one cries.
Where real eyes, realize, real lies.
Dreams fly so high they touch the sky.
Beyond the sky’s where angels lie, my mind try’s to maintain fine lines.
Drawn in this high rise my heart lies, in the love of your eyes.(not finished)
Lift Myself Up...
I’ve always wondered what it would be like to be famous.
Becoming the star I know I can be.
I put faith in myself.
Knowing that times are getting harder and things may get worse.
I lift myself up.
I lift myself up from all those who said you will never make it.
I lift myself up from the pain and sorrow that lies within.
I lift myself up from all of you, not holding me back but just hanging on.
All ways back there.
Greening saying those sweet things.
Knowing deep down the things that you are trying to do is just mean.
I lift myself up from being that person that gets defeated by all of you.
Never being true “saying baby oh, I love you.”
Huh, we all heard that before.
So I lift myself up to show you the exit, the door.
